Interviews with leading figures in the e-government revolution expose cutting-edge ideas at the intersection of e-government (which is forecast to triple spending over the next four years) and e-procurement of the public sector's over half a trillion dollars in acquisition of goods and services.
These experts and market movers look to the future, where e-commerce technologies can make government ? operate more cost effectively; slash purchasing costs; and produce new revenue in online sales of property and assets. This book will be a must-read for public officials and government executives seeking to get a better grasp of the forces driving the twin revolutions of e-government and e-procurement.
Dr. Wyld has conducted interviews with prominent players and experts in the area, including:
ú Dee Lee, Department of Defense
